At the “Nordbahnhof“ site (area around the railway station in the north of Vienna), in Vienna’s 2nd district, DELTA, as general planner, local construction supervisor and Construction Commadity Society (BauKG), is building a residential complex together with a non-profit developer.

The building site with approx. 7,000 m² is located north of the Austria Campus and consists of 3 separate plots. DELTA acted as general planner and took over the coordination of the architectural offices “AllesWirdGut“, “Riepl Kaufmann Bammer“ and “Studio ederkrenn“.
