Zwirn Office Showroom 2025
The Zwirn Office Showroom, designed by our studio Delta Pods Architects Slovakia, serves as a sales space and the first point of contact for potential clients in the new Zwirn Office building by YIT.
The project explores an atypical approach to office space intended for sale, with an emphasis on architectural quality, construction standards, and the potential of a prime location translated into the interior. The aim was to show that administrative spaces can be calm and cultivated while clearly expressing material and spatial quality.
Flexibility and sustainability were key principles of the design. After the sales phase, the space can seamlessly adapt to the needs of its future owner without losing its character.
This project also marked the beginning of a subsequent collaboration rooted in mutual trust and a shared architectural approach.
