Groundbreaking Ceremony for Apostelgasse St. Franziskus, Vienna – next milestone reached
Our school project in Vienna's 3rd district is proceeding according to plan. Our team was, of course, present at the groundbreaking ceremony on April 10.
The focus is on transforming an existing building into a sustainable educational environment – with a particular emphasis on sustainability, functionality, and user comfort. Especially when renovating existing structures, integrated planning is crucial for optimally combining architectural quality with technical requirements.
Building physics plays a key role in this, significantly contributing to the quality of the learning spaces. VATTER & Partner ZT-GmbH supports the project with comprehensive expertise – ranging from noise protection and room acoustics to summer heat protection and the targeted optimization of the interplay between sun protection and natural ventilation.
