Contract awarded for ÖBB Neues Landgut – Construction Site 11
ARGE Delta Pods Architects ZT GmbH and Raster ZT GmbH have been commissioned with construction supervision, including site supervision MEP, health and safety coordination (BauKG), and construction logistics for the “ÖBB Neues Landgut – Construction Site 11” project.
The team is supported by VATTER & Partner ZT GmbH in the area of testing engineering services.
The project combines sustainable planning, social responsibility, and high-quality execution: The apartments are designed in a variety of sizes and orientations and also take special requirements into account, e.g., through special floor plan solutions for shift workers. Some of the residential units are equipped with ventilation and cooling systems to ensure a high level of comfort even when the windows are closed. The naturally designed outdoor space follows the “green city” principle: open, biodiverse, and climate-resilient. The design provides for generous green spaces without enclosures, connects the courtyard with the surrounding area, and offers additional recreational value with a play and exercise area along the railway embankment. Areas without basements, built according to the sponge city principle, and extensive green roofs underline the project’s commitment to sustainability.
With integrated planning, reliable project management, and implementation based on partnership, a forward-looking residential development is being created here for Vienna – with a focus on quality of life.
We are delighted to be contributing to this with our real estate services.
